Dra. Suzanne Maiello

Suzanne Maiello is a Psychoanalyst and Psychoanalytic Child Psychotherapist. Founder member and Past President of Italian Association of Psychoanalytic Child Psychotherapy (AIPPI).

Member of the AIPA/IAAP (International Association of Analytical Psychology) and of the ACP (Association of Child Psychotherapists, Tavistock Section, UK).

Faculty member MA Course in Psychoanalytic Observational Studies (University of Essex, UK) and member of the International Symposium for Psychoanalytic Interregional Research on Autistic Disorders (INSPIRA).

Recipient of the first edition of the Frances Tustin Memorial Prize in 1997.

She is a Lecturer and Supervisor in Europe and worldwide, co-author of books and author of over one hundred publications on primitive mental states, early trauma, breakdown of psychic development, autistic states, in Italian, English, Spanish, French, German and Hebrew.
